Who lives there?
Ray, Carol and Dave Peterson along with their dog Vince.
Ray lives in between Art and the mysterious Klopeks. He is the sceptical type, never one to jump into something without concrete evidence. He is also one of those people who have lots of odd-jobs to do (fix the barbeque, lay flagstones etc.), but never seems to get them done. He's not one for taking long journeys to go on vacation, preferring to stay around the house instead.
Carol is Ray's wife. She is frustrated by the increasing paranoia setting in her husband and neighbours. All she wants to do is get away for a week but Ray would prefer to sit around the house and 'relax'.
